Meditation, Mindfulness & Stress Reduction
Join our group meditation and learn easy meditation, stress reduction and breathing techniques. We will practice applying focused intent, discernment, labelling thoughts, mindfulness and much more. We will discuss and practice tool and techniques that help with anxiety, depression and an over-active mind. Each week we do a different meditation and explore various types of meditation music. There is a choice to sit in chairs or on a meditation mat and cushion. There is an opportunity to share in group discussion after the guided meditation to expand our horizons and learn and grow from each other. No meditation experience is needed.
